Recently the Kansas board of education decided to remove evolution from the required curriculum of its public schools. Below is a list of replacement subjects that are being considered to fill the gap.

Flat Earth Anthropology - A cultural study of the people living at the edge of the world and how the constant threat of falling off affects their simple way of life.

Rhetoric and Debate - Focus will be on discrediting your opponent when your own arguments can't hold water.

Literary Criticism - Students will be asked to supply their own gasoline and matches.

Selective Reasoning - A philosophical approach whereby the student uses facts that support his beliefs while rejecting those that contradict. This course is a prerequisite to Principles of Debate.

Creative Reasoning - Must be taken in conjunction with Selective Reasoning.
Students learn to disguise their own whimsy as actual facts.

Basic Astronomy - With emphasis on the sun's orbit around the Earth.

Physics Seminar I - Of Birds and Airplanes: An argument against the theory of gravity.

Chronography 101 - How to set the clocks back 100 years for both yourself and future generations.

Principles of Scientific Theory - This course has been canceled due to lack of interest.

Advanced Economics - A walkthrough of all the careers no longer available to students with a Kansas public school education.

Revised Calculus - A preparation course designed to teach students Calculus without using basic algebra in case the school board decides to ax that area as well.
